Spaces available: 1st floor or 2nd floor (includes The Boho Flat)
Entire House – $300/hr or $1890/full day (8 hours)
Requires refundable $500 damage security deposit
(full refund after inspection following the event)
All rentals require a 50% deposit upfront to save your date. All prices include the space, 25 outdoor chairs, 3 8-foot outdoor tables and cleaning. They do not include any additional decor services or damage fees. $100 minimum for photographers.
